CUSTOMER RELATIONS HEAD
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Tourism Management or any equivalent course.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- With a strong background in customer service and should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles, with at least some experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- With exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for interacting with customers, team members, and other departments within the organization.
- With effective conflict resolution skills necessary for managing customer complaints.
BODY & PAINT LEADMAN
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Automotive
- With at least 2 years experience in Automotive Body & Paint repair
- Understands common defects, what causes paint failures and how to correct them.
- Can drive Manual and Automatic transmission.
- Experienced in surface preparation and paint priming and finishing.
LTO LIAISON STAFF
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4 year course.
- Familiar with LTO process.
- Must possess valid professional driver’s license.
- Relevant experience on the position is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail oriented. Ability to organize, set priorites and exercise sound judgment with minimum supervision.
- Willing to do fieldwork
PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTOR / DRIVER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least college level or graduate of any two year course.
- With relevant working experience.
- With valid Professional driver’s license – Restriction Code 1-2.
- Physically fit and able to work for extended hours.
- Detail oriented. Ability to organize, set priorities and exercise sound judgment with minimum supervision.
ACCOUNTING STAFF
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Accountancy or any equivalent course.
- With relevant experience on bank reconciliation & BIR transactions (Withholding Tax, VAT, Crediatble Tax).
- Preferably with excellent analysis, accounting, auditing and report writing skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
SPECIAL SERVICE CAMPAIGN - PIC
- Graduate of any 4-year business course.
- Relevant experience is an advantage but not required.
- Must have excellent management skills and proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Organize and have attention to details.
