CUSTOMER RELATIONS HEAD

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Tourism Management or any equivalent course.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • With a strong background in customer service and should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles, with at least some experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • With exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for interacting with customers, team members, and other departments within the organization.
  • With effective conflict resolution skills necessary for managing customer complaints.
BODY & PAINT LEADMAN

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Automotive
  • With at least 2 years experience in Automotive Body & Paint repair
  • Understands common defects, what causes paint failures and how to correct them.
  • Can drive Manual and Automatic transmission.
  • Experienced in surface preparation and paint priming and finishing.
LTO LIAISON STAFF

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course.
  • Familiar with LTO process.
  • Must possess valid professional driver’s license.
  • Relevant experience on the position is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail oriented. Ability to organize, set priorites and exercise sound judgment with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to do fieldwork
PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTOR / DRIVER

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least college level or graduate of any two year course.
  • With relevant working experience.
  • With valid Professional driver’s license – Restriction Code 1-2.
  • Physically fit and able to work for extended hours.
  • Detail oriented. Ability to organize, set priorities and exercise sound judgment with minimum supervision.
ACCOUNTING STAFF

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or any equivalent course.
  • With relevant experience on bank reconciliation & BIR transactions (Withholding Tax, VAT, Crediatble Tax).
  • Preferably with excellent analysis, accounting, auditing and report writing skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
SPECIAL SERVICE CAMPAIGN - PIC
  • Graduate of any 4-year business course.
  • Relevant experience is an advantage but not required.
  • Must have excellent management skills and proficient in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Organize and have attention to details.
